Cool Cruise Vendors
Cool Cruise rolls into the beautiful historic streets of La Verne on Saturday April 3 2010. In our 14th year, we will feature over 1,000 quality hot rods, classics and motorcycles that will be viewed by 25,000+ spectators.
We hope that you will consider joining us for what has quickly become one of Southern California's top quality and friendliest hot rod events.
Responding to your requests, we have increased the Vendor Area to a limited number of first paid first assigned vendors.
Fees will be based on size you request and location. We can accommodate spaces starting at $100 for a 10'x10'. We offer spaces as large as 20'x60', at reasonable cost.
Registered vendors will be given credentials and detailed information upon approval of registration. Dedicated secure parking for your support vehicles is provided within the event area. Support vehicles that are not registered as essential to the display must be removed from vendor area. All vendors must be set up in-place no later than 7:30 a.m. date of event.
Vendors must present evidence of proof of required insurance. Vendors offering food products for sale must obtain and submit Los Angeles County Health Department permit. Registration forms, insurance certificated and permits must be received not later than March 1, 2010.
All vendor applications will be reviewed by City of La Verne Fire Department. No vendor is allowed to display or offer for sale any item or product determined to be hazardous by nature of chemicals or ingredients. Vendor must supply all necessary display items. Event does not provide electrical service. Event staff retains right of approval for any and all display materials, structures including any generators used by vendor.
No vendor is to possess or offer for sale or exchange any alcoholic beverage or product. All displays and products must be appropriate in nature for a family oriented event.
